New Jersey Senate Passes Bill to Restrict Tanning for Minors

Both houses of New Jersey's senate passed AB 2936 on June 19th. The bill would prohibit minors under 14 from using tanning facilities and requires written parental consent for minors 14 to 18. The bill has been sent to Governor Corzine to veto or sign in to law. Read more here.
