Adopt the Policy

This is an H3

In many worksites, approval of the sun safety policy must be obtained before it can be implemented.

A presentation might be necessary. The key leaders and decision makers can describe the usual process and advise you on how matters are brought before the organization. Team members will have a better understanding of procedures if they have attended meetings prior to presenting the policy proposal.

Prepare a persuasive and concise case in support of the policy and provide supportive background information.

If your policy recommendations are not approved the first time, discuss the problems with key decision makers within your organization. Decide on the modifications that can be made and take the revised policy back to key decision makers once more for approval.
